Indoor IAQ Monitors 2019Q2

Here are all the available IAQ Monitors on the market. This time and after your help I have included many more information in a Google Spreadsheet document which you are going to appreciate a lot, such as website links and whether the device has been reviewed on my blog or not yet. There are so many devices out there but they all lack innovation and they all offer exactly the same technologies. Companies had better hear users feedback!

  • Prices may vary during time.
  • Some Companies don’t specify on their data sheet if their devices are capable to measure PM2.5 or PM10 and they just mention the word dust.
  • Some other companies say: Our product goes beyond CO₂ by analyzing substances that directly affect your well-being by measuring VOCs. They aren’t clear if their devices have CO₂ sensor.
  • Some of the devices are IAQ Monitors and Air Purifiers Combo. On this list you can only read the features as an IAQ monitor.

  1. Hi Soritios, A few changes for the SPARROW to update your chart with. We are getting closer! The price will be closer to 250$ The 89 price is from the Indiegogo campaign. Also, it will not collaborate with Cleanspace, and will not have the map/ share feature. A special feature though, is the datalogging feature, see screenshot below. The graph itself as well as data history appears on the app, and the data can be downloaded and easily converted to an excel file. Data Logging could be a new row for your graph!

    Thanks, Cheryl

  2. This is brilliant! I will share the sheet with some of the researchers working on indoor air quality domain.
Would love to see one for outdoor ones: could think of three layers: Reference ones, micro sensors ( AQ mesh, Emotes, Zephyr ..), and finally low cost IoT ones ( luftdaten, purpleair (same sensors/technology) , plumelabs Flow again, handheld monitors etc.
