  1. Great to learn about other people blogging about air pollution in their specific cities. I hope more people will start doing this. Thank you Andrea and keep up educating people.

  3. I need to make a correction to something I mentioned in the podcast, because when i was interviewed I had not analyzed the data yet. Athens is NOT the most polluted city of Greece, actually, although I said in the podcast that it was probably the most polluted. Thessaloniki is more polluted, and even Patras is a bit more. You can see the post on my blog where I discuss the issue about the most polluted – and cleanest – places of Greece here: https://cleanairingreece.org/2021/04/08/where-in-greece-do-we-enjoy-the-best-air-quality-and-where-do-we-suffer-from-the-worst/

    • In most case it depends on the weather conditions. Sometimes Athens has more pollution, some other times Thessalonica, etc… Overall it is hard to tell which city in Greece is number one in poor air quality because air quality data are missing

  4. Reblogged this on CleanAir in Greece and commented:
Thank you very much Sotirios Papathanasiou for hosting me on your podcast. Sotirios is a Greek Air Quality expert living in Spain who is doing a great work at raising people’s awareness about Air Pollution. He has written several books about the subject and I advise those of you who are interested to read them, and to read his blog.
